What is the will of the Father?

THE GOSPEL ACCORDING TO ST. JOHN.

John 7:17 If any man will do his will, he shall know of the doctrine, whether it be of God, or whether I speak of myself.

Those many that go to hell are those that call Jesus their Lord and yet do not do the will of the Father.  The will of the Father is to know the doctrine, and not speak of themselves but of God.

The scriptures are the authority! The scriptures are of God. The scriptures are the wisdom of God.  Those that go to hell are those that speak of themselves; of the flesh and of the wisdom of this world.

Jesus said in John 6 line 63:

63 It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life.
