Who declared all the scriptures and counsels of the Lord’s heart and when were they all declared?
When the men named after the particular book of the Lord wrote their copy, at such time that man fulfilled scripture which the Lord Jesus declared from the beginning, pronounced with his lips, he alone is the author, and he preserved every pure word jot and tittle for all generations, so that every person could know with certainty the words of truth. All the counsel of the Lord’s heart could be known in every generation and by every man subject to Proverbs CHAPTER 2 lines 1 through 6.
